Shoe Felt

At Güneş Tekstil, our felt insoles are produced using two types of raw materials: virgin polyester fibers and recycled premium PET fibers. This approach ensures that our products are both durable and environmentally friendly.

Premium PET is widely used in the packaging industry and is transparent and free from dyes. Using recycled PET can reduce greenhouse gas emissions by up to 75% compared to virgin materials, making the production process more sustainable. Our felt products are suitable for shoes, bags, slippers, wallets, and traditional footwear, offering both longevity and eco-friendliness.

Needle-punched felts can be manufactured in custom sizes and designs. Available in white, black, gray, beige, and cream, they cater to different needs. Our felts are resistant to mold, bacteria, and fungi, safe for human health, lightweight and soft, breathable, suitable for all climates, washable, dry-cleanable, and flame-retardant.
