Bag Filter Felt

Güneş Tekstil polyester needle felt filter bags are widely used in bag-type filtration systems, offering an economical and durable solution. They provide high resistance to solvents and oxides, while offering moderate acid resistance. Available in weights of 400, 500, 525, 550, and 600 grams per square meter, these bags are made from 100% polyester. The fibers are transformed into fabric through a needling process and then treated with hydrophobic liquids to enhance water and oil repellency.

One side of the polyester filter bag is calendered to achieve a smooth, glossy surface that prevents dust accumulation and allows particles to fall easily. Pulse valves are used in industries such as cement, ceramics, paint, feed, concrete, and metal factories to shake off accumulated dust and prevent solidification. With a continuous operating temperature of 150°C, these filter bags function reliably under standard operating conditions.
